WEALTHBAY · COMPREHENSIVE FAMILY OFFICE

Protect family priorities.
Plan a cross-border future.

Your priorities go beyond an account, a company or a school: they include business responsibilities, family resilience, succession and the next generation. WealthBay connects these goals to integrated consulting and a professional implementation path.

See the key questions

Build a whole-picture view of family objectives, business responsibilities, ownership and cross-border duties—not a single product discussion.

Define an implementation path

Translate objectives into structure-assessment topics and connected professional work, so arrangements address real needs.

Review as circumstances change

Families, businesses and rules evolve. Agreed reviews keep the questions and arrangements relevant to long-term goals.

FOUR VALUE PILLARS

Four needs. One overall perspective.

SCOPE & IMPLEMENTATION

Turn your priorities
into a professional pathway.

Eight areas of work support the four pillars.
Scope is selected around your needs, not a fixed package.

01

Family governance & succession

Family-business governance & succession

Align business responsibilities, family resilience and control with governance and succession priorities.

  • Responsibilities, guarantees and key risk questions
  • Governance, authority and phased handover planning
  • Philanthropic goals and next-generation participation
Client Need Scenario

A founder is ready to hand over, but the family is not aligned

A founder wants to step back while children have different interests and abilities. The priorities extend beyond job titles to family income, business control and philanthropy. Consulting begins by connecting these goals and identifying governance, authority and succession questions.

Planning direction: family objectives, governance, a phased handover and professional implementation.

Demand scenarios explain how services may apply; they are not completed client engagements or results. Specific arrangements require individual assessment.

02

Corporate ownership & structure

Corporate ownership & cross-border structures

Let operations, family ownership and succession goals guide structural choices.

  • Assessment topics for Hong Kong and Singapore companies and holding structures
  • Business purposes, responsibilities and cross-border duties
  • Implementation and annual corporate-matter coordination
Client Need Scenario

Expanding abroad requires clear ownership decisions

A business plans a Hong Kong or Singapore regional operation. Beyond efficiency, the owner needs to clarify ownership, guarantees, family cash needs and succession. Compare these objectives before assessing entities and cross-border obligations.

Planning direction: business goals, ownership structure, responsibilities and ongoing compliance.

Demand scenarios explain how services may apply; they are not completed client engagements or results. Specific arrangements require individual assessment.

03

Succession & trust planning

Succession & trust-planning topics

Frame suitable succession paths around beneficiary wishes, family responsibilities and long-term goals.

  • Family trusts, philanthropy and will-planning topics
  • Professional review of policy, beneficiary and trust connections
  • Coordination of legal and trustee work and ongoing review
Client Need Scenario

Planning for beneficiaries with different needs

An entrepreneur wants support for a spouse, continuity in children’s education and a long-term philanthropic plan. Assets, wills, policies and account authorities span jurisdictions. Clarify beneficiary goals and risks before qualified professionals assess suitable arrangements.

Planning direction: beneficiary wishes, ownership, trust suitability and later review.

Demand scenarios explain how services may apply; they are not completed client engagements or results. Specific arrangements require individual assessment.

04

Family office & fund vehicles

Family office & fund-vehicle assessment

Assess whether a structure serves genuine objectives rather than assume a family office is the default answer.

  • Coordination of SFO and 13O / 13U eligibility assessment
  • Hong Kong OFC and Singapore VCC vehicles and manager requirements
  • Legal, tax, management and reporting responsibilities
Client Need Scenario

Assess whether a family office or fund vehicle is appropriate

A family with cross-border assets wants clearer authority, reporting and governance. An SFO or VCC is not the default answer. Frame the assessment around asset purpose, scale, management and costs, then have qualified professionals examine vehicle requirements.

Planning direction: fit, professional responsibilities, costs and ongoing requirements.

Demand scenarios explain how services may apply; they are not completed client engagements or results. Specific arrangements require individual assessment.

05

Wealth & institutional coordination

Wealth matters & institutional coordination

Frame discussions around purposes, authority, currencies and horizons rather than start with a single product.

  • General liaison with banking, securities and insurance institutions
  • Family spending, protection and liquidity assessment topics
  • Account authority, custody and professional-work coordination
View banking, securities and insurance institutions
Client Need Scenario

Overseas funds must serve living needs and long-term goals

A cross-border family needs funds for tuition, living costs and long-term protection across accounts and currencies. Clarify purpose, authority and timing before institutional discussions and professional assessment—not solely on product marketing or convenience.

Planning direction: cash needs, account authority, timing and suitable institutional discussions.

Demand scenarios explain how services may apply; they are not completed client engagements or results. Specific arrangements require individual assessment.

06

Cross-border tax & compliance

Cross-border tax & compliance coordination

Connect professional assessment of immigration status, actual residence, income and ownership.

  • Coordination of tax-residence and CRS / FATCA assessment
  • Mapping cross-border income, entities and sources of funds
  • Accounting, audit, reporting and annual-review coordination
Client Need Scenario

Clarifying obligations across residence, income and accounts

A family holds documents from several jurisdictions and earns business and personal income internationally. Immigration status, citizenship and tax residence are distinct. Map actual residence, income and entities before professional assessment of applicable duties.

Planning direction: fact mapping, professional tax assessment and annual review.

Demand scenarios explain how services may apply; they are not completed client engagements or results. Specific arrangements require individual assessment.

07

Corporate transition & projects

Corporate transition & professional projects

Bring corporate development, family ownership and professional implementation into one goal-based framework.

  • Specialist work for restructuring, M&A and listing preparation
  • Coordination of institutional formation, licensing and responsibilities
  • Due diligence, training and ongoing requirements
Client Need Scenario

Coordinating specialist work for a corporate transition

A business considers restructuring while its owner also faces family cash and succession needs. Addressing one issue alone may affect the others. Connect operations, ownership, governance and due-diligence questions into a phased path; approvals and professional opinions remain with responsible entities.

Planning direction: objectives, risks, responsibilities, implementation and review.

Demand scenarios explain how services may apply; they are not completed client engagements or results. Specific arrangements require individual assessment.

08

Residence & next-generation education

Residence & next-generation education

Connect lawful residence, learning pathways and family life to long-term development.

  • General information on Hong Kong New CIES and Singapore permits
  • Programme fit for universities and international schools
  • Relocation, educational continuity and compliance coordination
View universities and international schools
Client Need Scenario

Education abroad should fit the family’s wider plan

A child may study in Hong Kong or Singapore while parents consider accompanying and working arrangements. School choice, lawful residence, costs and development are linked. Define family conditions and educational goals before comparing feasible pathways.

Planning direction: learning pathways, lawful residence, living arrangements and milestones.

Demand scenarios explain how services may apply; they are not completed client engagements or results. Specific arrangements require individual assessment.

The above is the scope of integrated consulting and coordination. Specific matters are determined by client needs, rules in the relevant location and written service arrangements; qualifications and engagement information for professional and regulated matters appear below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions,
answered directly.

What is WealthBay and who does it serve?

WealthBay® is a registered trademark under Praise Multiple Family Office. Established in Hong Kong in August 2014, the company supports entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families through integrated consulting on governance, cross-border structures, wealth matters and the next generation.

How do the four value pillars connect to specific services?

The pillars are family-business governance and succession; family office and corporate structures; wealth-matter coordination; and mobility, education and the next generation. Eight areas of work support these objectives. Scope is selected around individual needs—not a fixed package or a bundle of products.

How can banking, securities and insurance matters be coordinated?

Clarify account and funding purposes, authority, family spending and protection goals before institutional liaison and professional assessment. Qualified institutions provide their services independently. WealthBay does not custody funds, provide product advice or guarantee accounts, financing or returns.

How should education and residence in Hong Kong or Singapore be considered together?

Clarify learning goals, family support and living conditions, then compare curricula, schools and lawful residence pathways. School references are not partnerships or rankings. Permits do not automatically determine tax residence; admission and residence outcomes are not guaranteed.

Are family offices, trusts or 13O / 13U suitable for every family?

No. Objectives, asset purposes, costs, management and eligibility need assessment. A trust does not guarantee protection from every creditor, and establishing an SFO or VCC does not automatically grant tax benefits. Qualified professionals assess legal, tax, trustee and investment matters.

What is needed for an initial conversation?

Select Request Service Details, provide a name, contact method, relevant location and general needs, and confirm the data-use notice. A reference number is provided. You can contact WhatsApp support directly; no identity, account, health or detailed financial files are needed initially.

How are implementation and fees confirmed?

Work moves through objectives and risk questions, overall planning, professional implementation and ongoing review. Scope, fees, qualifications, responsibilities, data use and expected milestones are agreed in writing. Individual assessment is required; no uniform price or outcome is promised.
